Greetings of Peace and Good Health.

We are writing you this letter to inform you that we are formally submitting our request to
hold a “RAVE Party” activity on August 12, 2023 at Fisherman’s Hut, Caricaran, Bacon
District, Sorsogon City. As per instruction from the tourism officer a couple of weeks
ago, we have already communicated with Bacon Resort Association President, Mr.
Vicente Balete of Alvic Resort. He told us that we have his approval for the above-
mentioned event and there are no further conflicts with their scheduled activities and
also, he was very pleased of the courtesy extended to him.

Furthermore, we are more than happy to comply with all the requirements needed to
facilitate the approval of the above-mentioned activity.
