Profile of the SME you are working with 

Our selected SMEs play an important role in today's business, namely selling banana leaves. The
name of SME we chose does not have an official name because it is sold in the "Pasar Pagi
Arengka", so people are usually more familiar with the store with the nickname "INANG". The
goods sold are not only banana leaves, but also other daily necessities such as vegetables and
kitchen ingredients. The business started from morning untill evening every day .

2. Their STP and current 4Ps 

segmenting:
- Demographics: Anyone who need the product can buy this product .
- Geographical: usually those who live in the area around the market or around
Panam & Marpoyan.
- Psychographics: Starting from the middle to lower class society, to the upper middle
class people can buy this product. Then the traders who sell in the culinary field.

Targeting:
the target market for this business is geographically based, for those around the
Pasar Pagi Arengka or Panam & Marpoyan , Because people who live in the area
are given the convenience of having a market around them, so there is no need to
went other places to find a good quality banana leaves. then it also applies to
merchants in the culinary field, whose looking for it to be served with their products
and also it do not cost too much.

positioning:
As one of the major suppliers of banana leaves, "INANG" has been recognized by
some people who often shop at the arengka morning market. So that it has its own
advantages over its competitors. Because not only banana leaves are sold, but other
products are also available, such as vegetables and cooking spices. That way when
customers come, they can get what they are looking for at once.

-Products: The available products are vegetables, banana leaves and spices or cooking ingredients.
-Price: The prices of all kinds of commodities are affordable. For certain banana leaves, a tie is
required. A bunch of flowers Rp. 20,000, the smaller one is Rp. 10,000
-Location: The "INANG" shop is located at the Pasar Pagi Arengka in Soekarno Hatta Street,
Pekanbaru.
-Promotion: There are many promotion methods, but in our business, the promotion method uses
the power of word-of-mouth communication and then through SMS or WhatsApp.

3. Your emarketing plan for the SME


our plan to help this SME is to make e marketing of these products. Actually, as
already explained, marketing has been done by ordering via WhatsApp. Then we
want to add it by creating a Facebook page. Then market it on the Facebook
Marketplace, in order to better reach customers everywhere.
