The company was established in 2012 through the innovative entrepreneurial hand of Md. Neamat Ullha
Heru. He is the CEO of the company. In his successful career of 16 years, he worked with different foreign
nationals in various foreign and local companies in Bangladesh. Throughout his career he felt the problems
and needs of foreign nationals in their working and staying in Bangladesh and on the request of different
foreign colleagues he decided to establish a company to provide one-stop services to the foreign nationals
as well as local nationals. And he also established a company-China Bangla Travel Agency- to ensure tours
and travels for foreign nationals working in different projects and companies in Bangladesh and for the
local nationals by confirming their air tickets of all airlines all over the world.

 All GDS Ticketing 4% on each ticket Base fare & when the ticket base fare above BDT
20,000 only.
 All GDS Ticketing 3% on Base fare & when the ticket base fare less then BDT 20,000 only.
 All online Ticketing commission as per airlines rules.
 All International & Domestic Hotel booking commission as per their rules.
 All International & Domestic Package commission as per our agents’ rules.
 Others commission- Condition Applied.
Service Charge:

 All GDS ticketing - No Service Charge.

 All online Ticketing BDT 500 only for each ticket.
 All others service charge Condition Apply.

Bill Submission:

 Bill will be submitted twice in a month.

 For the first 14 days, Bill will be submitted on 15th of that specific month.
 For the last 15 days, Bill will be submitted on 30th / 31st of that specific month.
 Bill is supposed to be paid within Five (3) working days from the date of bill submission.
