Job Title – Chief Technology Officer / Chief Information Officer

Responsibilities:
• Deliver projects as per vision, direction, and road map for the IT function in the
organization.
• Suggest cost effective innovative products and solutions to meet under met and
unmet customer needs with awareness of new technologies and applications.
• Set architecture and policies for infrastructure, applications, cloud, data privacy,
data security, database, analytics, and BI including hardware and electronics.
• Design, lead, test and deploy all technical and application management lifecycles.
• Manages delivery schedules, budgeting, implement processes defined to align IT
with business to follow institutionalized practices.
• IT Governance: Institutionalize IT governance and program management for
overall IT service delivery, SLA, functional response management, assets
management with outsourced partners and internal stake holders. Ensure all IT
related compliances.
• Continuous Service improvement
o Align and realign with strategic business objectives.
o Measure, gather, process, and analyze data to implement efficiency from
findings.
o Plan, design, implement, run, measure, transition services and manage
continuity.
o Research and refine improvements to ease field deployment and
maintenance.

Requirements
• BE/ B.Tech. / MS / MTech. in Computers or Equivalent with experience in smart
automation, IOT, ML and Deep Tech.
• Around 15 years of relevant experience in Retail / E-Commerce/ Supply Chain
/ FMCG /Manufacturing organization with expertise in building end to end
solutions consisting of backend integration of ERP, SRM, CRM, Payment
solutions and building B2C applications.
• Should have implemented AWS/Azure cloud including migration, IAAS, PAAS
• Experience in delivering Digital Solutions with seamless payment methods -
• Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility, Location Based Services
• Fair acquaintance with analytics Al / RPA Process, Data warehouse, Bl Tools

system integration with excellent collaboration skills, ownership, and
entrepreneurial ability. Experience in smart automation, IOT, ML and Deep
Tech is a definite advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Well versed and well networked in his/her desired field.

• Office Timings 10 AM to 0630 PM
• 1st and 3rd Saturday working
