2.1 NAME OF THE COMPANY

Honies Chezzy Yummy Hotdog (HCYH)

Honies is from the word “honey” because honey is sweet and


tasty and it has a similarity to our product which is also
sweet and tasty

Cheezy is from the word “cheese” we replaced the letter “s” to


“z” Our product will be overloaded with grated cheese on top

Yummy Hotdog aside from we got the best quality hotdog the
phrase “yummy hotdog” is quite popular on social media. it
will attract the attention of customer

2.2 TYPES OF BUSINESS

Honies Chezzy Yummy Hotdog is a manufacturing business as


the structure of the business, in which we produce our own
products with the use of equipment and main labor.

hotdog selling business of the year 2023.

• To use fresh ingredients available while also
providing a unique and delicious flavor.
• To provide excellent customer service, as well as
create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for

3.0 MARKETING PLAN

3.1 Description of the Product

An oblong shaped soft fluffy bun inserted with a red


hotdog, toppings of mayonnaise, catsup and grated cheese with
add ons of lettuce with customer choice

4.0 PRODUCTION PLAN

4.1 Product Classification and Specification

The cheesy hotdog sandwich can be classified as a type of


sauce food. It typically consists of a hotdog sausage placed
inside a bun, with grated cheese on top . The bun is usually
toasted or grilled. The sausage can be made from beef, pork,
or a combination of both. The cheese used varies, but it is
usually a type of processed cheese. The sandwich may also
include other toppings such as ketchup, mustard and pickles.
Overall, the cheesy hotdog is a popular and convenient option
for a quick and satisfying meal.

company will produce every week of the month. In a day the
company will produce 36 products per day and the number of

Iligan City . It is just meters away from Sacred Heart High
School, Inc., and meters far from the Public Market where the
materials will be purchased.

4.5 Manufacturing Process

In making a product, the process of how it will be


manufactured is as follows:

For the cookies and filling:

1. Heat the bread

2. Slice the hotdog in half

3. Apply the lettuce at the center

4. Drizzle some ketchup

5. Add mayonnaise on top of the hotdog

6. Add the overloaded shredded cheese

company. Every month, the company has utility expenses which
are water and electricity. The water will be used for cleaning
the tools and utensils that are needed. The electricity
expense is for the electricity that will be consumed during
the production of the company. It is ₱140.00 because the
company will use water and electricity for just a short time
for every production.

company requires disposal gloves and a hairnet as a
requirement for each production. Each month, the company will

quantity of 8 hairnets will cost ₱5 per piece to the employees
that will do the production.

production days per month are 4 days, the total hours that the

company. The sum of the indirect materials, depreciation
expense,rent expense, supplies, and utility expense. The rent
expense is the expense that the company will incur for the
freezer since the company will not buy a new one and instead
have it as the rent expense of the company. The total monthly
manufacturing overhead of the company is ₱575.7

labor cost in table 17, and the manufacturing overhead in

cost in table 7. The total direct labor per month in table 14
is divided by 15 pieces that will be produced per month to get
the cost per unit for direct labor. The total manufacturing
overhead per month in table 16 is divided by 15 pieces that
will be produced per month to get the cost per unit for
manufacturing overhead. The unit production cost may vary
depending on the number of units produced.

manager, I am excited to promote this product to the public.
The Cheesy Hotdog Sandwich is made with all-natural
ingredients, including a bun, a juicy hotdog, and a generous
helping of melted cheese. It is sure to be a hit with
customers of all ages. Not only is it delicious, but it is
also affordable, with prices starting at just ₱35 as the
marketing manager of our company the i am confident that this
product will be a success. I plan to use a variety of
marketing strategies, such as social media campaigns, print
advertisements, and promotional events. I am certain that with

beloved menu item.

department staff. They also manage marketing budgets and
analyze trends.

PRODUCTION MANAGER – To ensure that manufacturing


processes run reliably and efficiently. Responsibilities of
the job include: planning and organising production schedules.
assessing project and resource requirements. estimating,
negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients
and managers.

OPERATION MANAGER - responsible for implementing and


maintaining the processes that an organization uses. This
includes software and other programs that the organization
uses to function every day. Personnel. Human resources is a
big part of operations in any organization

FINANCIAL MANAGER – To perform data analysis and


advise senior managers on profit-maximizing ideas. Financial
managers are responsible for the financial health of an
organization. They create financial reports, direct investment
