Court of the Philippine will also be emphasized. This is to give the students first-hand account of certain
issues and problems encountered by persons and institutions in the education system which have been

the justice system of the country creating precedence towards succeeding incidents involving the same
facts. Hence, these cases should be discussed with thoroughness.
