Subject:- The Indian Navy Quiz- THINQ -reg

Madam/Sir,

With reference to the letter dated 09.06.2023 received from Vice Admiral &
Controller. Personnel Services, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi, regarding the subject
cited above, it is to inform that Indian Navy is organizing a quiz titled "THINQ" for
school children studying in classes IX to XII. It is an exciting quiz competition that aims
at providing the brightest, young minds, the future leaders of our country to experience
the Indian Navy. The aim of THINQ is to inspire young school children- the future
leaders of India- to be nation builders by inculcating in them. a strong sense of
patriotism, dedication and discipline and also a sense of pride in our rich heritage,
culture and values.

Therefore, it is requested to disseminate the above information to all Kendriya

Vidyalayas under the Region and instruct the Principal to encourage the students to
participate in the "THINQ and also encourage the students to know more about India
and the Indian Navy and motive them to serve the Nation by joining the armed forces.
For the larger participation in the above mentioned events interested students may
register on the site www.theindiannavyquiz.in. The last date of registration is
31.07.2023
