FREE GOODS

An agreement with a business partner for a discount on goods in a given time period.

Types of free goods are:

 Inclusive bonus quantity


 Exclusive bonus quantity

Free goods are taken into account in the following areas:
 Purchase order
 Goods receipt
 Billing document
 Invoice verification

Inclusive bonus quantity

A free goods specification in which a customer only pays for part of the goods ordered.
The rest of the goods are free.

Example:
Out of ten bottles of sparkling wine, two are free goods. If you order ten bottles, you receive ten bottles but two of them are not
invoiced.

Exclusive bonus quantity

A form of free goods in which the customer receives free goods and the goods he ordered.

Example
If you buy four coffee machines, the vendor gives you a free packet of coffee. This is delivered to you but you are not invoiced
for it.

Select your own pricing procedure


Click on control enter above conditions after discounts
