1 Introduction:
This document verifies that the device measuring and control function works properly.

2 TESTING EQUIPMENT:
Secondary injection relay test system and power system simulator is designed to satisfy all the

5.4 RVT operation test:


Bandwidth is the switching threshold for switching on or switching off the OLTC Steps in
percent (%). The value of the Bandwidth is 5%.
which is the value used in the explanation below.
A step will be switched on/off if:
• The Voltage is higher than the target by 5% the AVR will take a step down to lower the voltage.
• The Voltage is lower than the target by 5% the AVR will take a step up to raise the voltage.
