Dashboards

The dashboard provides a real time view of mine key performance indicators (KPI’s).

The upper right section of the dashboard is a combination view of truck and shovel
productivity.

Availability is the percentage of time not in the down status.

Availability = (ready + shift change + delay + standby) / (down + ready + shift change +
delay + standby)

Utilization is the percentage of time ready.

Utilization = (ready)/(down + ready + shift change + delay + standby)

The center of the dashboard provides a detailed view of the productivity by truck and
shovel. It also provides a view of productivity by fleet.

Clicking the Truck link in the center of the dashboard will provide the following view.

Clicking the Shovel link in the center of the dashboard will provide the following view.

Note: To look at productivity by fleet click the links listed under the Truck and Shovel
links.

The upper left side of the dashboard provides a graphical display of time spent
throughout the truck and shovel cycle.

The lower section of the dashboard provides a table of statuses and reasons per truck.
