Standard Reports

Crew By Hour

The Crew Production Per Hour report provides a view of the amount of loads and tons
per hour, per shift, and per day. The bar graph displayed below the table provides a
graphical representation of this data.

To load the Crew By Hour report, please use the directions listed below.

calendar button to open it, and then
choose the desired start date by clicking
it.

Step 2: Click the View Report button.

Crew Lineup

The Crew Lineup report is used to display equipment assignments and locations for the
current or oncoming crew.

To load the Crew Lineup report, please use the directions listed below.

menu to open it, choose the desired option
from the list, and then click it.
Step 2: Click the View Report button.

Crew Production

The Crew Production report displays the load and tonnage per crew as well as per day.
The detailed table shows the production load count and tonnage by origin and material.

Crusher By Hour

The Crew Loads Per Hour To Crusher report displays the load and tonnage dumped at the
crusher per hour, per shift, as well as per day.

To load the Crew Loads Per Hour To Crusher report, please use the directions listed
below.

Dumps By Location

The Dumps By Dump Location report displays the number of dumps and tonnage amount
per dump location per shift per day. The bar graph displays each dump location with the
loads and tonnage per shift per day.

Equipment Down

The Equipment Down Detail report displays a list of trucks in the down status, the
duration of time spent in the down status including the time it went down and the time it
went back up, and the reason code for the down status.

To load the Equipment Down Detail report, please use the directions listed below.

Equipment Down Current

The Current Down Equipment report provides a graphical display of the current down
equipment, and whether or not it was a scheduled or unscheduled down. It provides a
listing of the equipment type, fleet, and number of trucks per fleet. The detailed view
provides a graphical display of the down reason codes per truck and unscheduled and
scheduled downs.

Equipment Status

The Equipment Status Detail report provides the fleet, shift, status reason, and duration of
status including the exact time the status occurs per day. In the total summary section of
the report it includes the number of equipment per fleet.

Equipment Top Ten States

The Summary section of the Top Ten States report provides the top ten equipment states
for the date range. It includes the description of the state, time, events, and the average
duration for each state. The pie chart displays a graphical representation of this data. The
detail section of the Top Ten States report provides the top ten equipment states per day
within the date range.

Fuel Detail

The Fuel Detail report provides a per hour view of when each piece of equipment
receives fuel, the amount they get, the exact time of fueling, the duration of time spent
fueling, and the fuel type. The bar graph is a graphical display of the volume of fuel
obtained per shift per fleet.

pairs used during the shift, as well as the total tonnage and load count per pair.

of time the shovel is in ready status, the tons per operating hour, the trucks loaded and
tonnage received, and the average tonnage per load.

Including the number of shifts the truck was used, the total loads, the loads per shift, the

each truck for each fleet.
