1. Remove the fittings

2. Remove the cover

with O--rings

3. Pull the piston,

piston rod, cover,
and the possible
cylinder limit bushing
out of the cylinder

4. Remove
the piston

5. Pull the cover and

the possible cylinder
limit bushing from
the piston rod.

1. Replace the O--rings

of the cover.
2. Push the cover and
the possible cylinder
limit bushing on the
piston rod.

3. Replace the O--ring

of the piston and
install the piston.
4. Push the piston and
the piston rod and the
cylinder limit bushing
to the cylinder tube *
and thread to cover
closed
5. Install the fittings to
the piston rod. Use
new seals
