CMMS

Upgrade your maintenance

program with industry leading,
cloud-based software
Why use a CMMS?
A properly utilized computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) can be a cure for
chaotic and disorganized maintenance programs. CMMS software can catalogue assets, track
inventory and work orders, help teams schedule maintenance, and more. Spending less time on
administrative tasks allows teams to spend more time achieving reliability goals.

Choosing a leader in industry

eMaint is an award-winning, cloud-connected CMMS software.
Winner
2018
Around the globe, more than 50,000 users rely on eMaint to provide
them with the right information to make data-driven decisions.
Furthermore, it helps maintenance teams meet quality standards and
stay in compliance with governmental regulations.

“The auditors listed our maintenance program and our

eMaint CMMS software as ‘Best Practice’ in the industry. They
were so impressed…,” said Dana Inc. Manufacturing Asset
Management Lead Robert McKenna. “After the audit, one of
their comments was this, ‘We are excited to see this program,
it meets all of the new requirements of the ISO 9001 that will
be coming in the near future.’”

Stop juggling databases, clipboards, and spreadsheets and start

improving your business value engine.

With eMaint, technicians can access work orders and asset data from smart devices while on the
shop floor, at the motor pool, or in remote locations. Cloud-based software stores data in an easy
to access repository that can be accessed anywhere there’s an internet connection. eMaint CMMS
aggregates data from multiple sources and allows teams to access information when and where
they need it.

Time is money, and both are saved
Grand Prairie Independent School District near Dallas,
Texas, implemented eMaint CMMS in its operations. Soon after
implementation, it reduced 25% of hard costs and improved work
order management. The district is also more prepared for a future
with more schools to maintain.
“I’ve implemented dozens and dozens of software packages over
the years in different logistics roles,” said Dianna Drew, Director of
Logistics & Documents Services at GPISD. “By far, this has been the
smoothest transition and easiest system to work with.”

Aviation requires accuracy

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in designing and manufacturing aircraft
engines, started a new project and needed to better manage its work
order repository. The company needed a program to improve request
response time and help teams prioritize work.
According to Bruce Gallagher, Maintenance Facilities Supervisor at
Pratt & Whitney, they saved $100,000 on a single project, increased
availability of parts and assets, and achieved “Best-in-class”
performance for plants coming online.
After implementing eMaint CMMS, Pratt & Whitney is using its new
preventive maintenance program as a model for future plants.

Serving the servicers

When Cintas Corporation was rolling out its new corporate-wide
reliability initiative, they started a pilot program with eMaint. While
still delivering top-notch services to more than 800,000 businesses,
Cintas implemented its CMMS program and improved reliability.
Using the Multi-Site Toolkit in eMaint, Cintas was able to organize
and maintain more than 28,000 assets in more than 160 rental
production facilities and achieved the OSHA “VPP Star Award for
Safety”. Not only did it meet its reliability goals, but Cintas increased
communication between teams and improved consistency in
documentation.
