If you want to become a product manager, start by thinking like one. Make a habit of
reflecting on the products you use frequently.

➢ Audit these products as if you were an end user, then again as if you were the
product manager responsible for building that product. What might the product
strategy be? What improvements would you prioritize?

What would the product strategy be?

The strategy directing your product's targeted users, advantages, execution, and marketing
is known as the product strategy. The ultimate goal of the product should be stated in the
product strategy; this will help you determine where to focus your efforts on the product. A
clear vision and goals for your company's success should be included while developing the
product strategy for the brand:

● Develop a new formulated formula. - Creating new formulas may increase the
value of your product, ensure premium quality, and aid in its expansion. Additionally,
make it more generally approved for all.
● Increasing the Conformance quality- One strategy to accomplish your business
objectives is to increase conformance quality since it helps to ensure that your goods
and services will satisfy your customers. Management may determine whether a
product or service has a good level of conformity or not by establishing design
standards/specifications.
● Knowing the difference of my product to other competitors. - Always be aware
of how to stand out from the competition and what benefits your product has over
rivals.
● Focus on the product that target the specific buyers. - To go forward, simply
concentrate on the line and the people who are your target customers.
● Changing new designs and features.- Adapting the product's features and designs
according to the season or occasion can also assist it draw in customers. Your
product or service will be more valuable as a result of product design. Customers
are frequently willing to shell out more for items with good design because of the
good visual and the functionality of the product. Also, It may assist you in figuring
out what additional message you want to conveyor express to the customers .

The product strategy helps the business grow and achieve what you want and your business

damage. protecting against sunburn, skin cancer, and early aging. Preserve the
texture of your skin as well as your ability to develop pimples, freckles, and other
facial-damaging conditions.

2. Actual Product- The quality of the product itself and the brand name.

discounted.

What should I prioritize to improve?

The Bottle
Although the container is appealing and convenient for travel, the
sunscreen tends to spill unexpectedly when squeezed, which might
cause stains on clothing. Since you have to cut the sunscreen
container, it is challenging to consume it completely.

Font size
Given that the sunscreen is small, however, the font size is
unreadable if you do not bring the product up close to your eyes.

Prize
The quality of the product is giving and I must say affordable
for others because of the high quality and worth the penny
but not student friendly since the original prize is
Php 175 and the size is just 10 ml.

SPF
Given that it is tinted and provides adequate coverage, the
sunscreen's spf should be raised. Also, given the climate in our country, a higher spf in the
sunscreen is undoubtedly necessary.

In terms of promoting the brand, it should:

Creating more advertisements in social medias

● Promoting through influencers (Making reviews)
● Creating infographics
● Establishing website for the Q and A with the customers.

As there are several rivals, the business should engage with customers, particularly on
social media, where the majority of people have accounts. This will undoubtedly make your
items famous and well-known among the intended market.
