Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my concerns regarding the slow progress of the ongoing work in
the CZ Road Project, particularly the hindered chainage from Ch. 74+584 to 74+910 near Kilomi new
Village. It has come to my attention that the work progress has been very slow for the last 3-4 days, and
this has affected the project's performance, making it difficult to achieve the milestones. Therefore, I
strongly urge you to expedite the work progress and do the needful for the timely completion of the whole
project.

As per the Deputy Commissioner's letter expressed in his letter cited above, the matter has already been
taken up by him and the concerned department of work and housing, Govt. of Nagaland. However, it has
been more than a month since the matter was taken up, and no concrete progress can be seen so far at
those chainages of the CZ Road Project. Formation cutting needs to be completed as soon as possible to
ensure that the black topping work can be completed as scheduled.

I hope you will take necessary steps to expedite the work progress and complete the project on time.
