Experience
Experience in public sector organization in areas of administration/Budget, stores, works, accounting, Disbursement of pay
and allowances of government employees and preparation of reports of civil and military exchange accounts and contracts,
procurement, all Pakistan compilation of accounts in public sector Accounts Department.

History of assignments:
(a) Worked as Accounts Officer/Deputy Director, MIS in MIS Directorate of Controller General of Accounts,
Islamabad for the last 15 years dealing with Administration/Budget and deeply involved in planning, procurement of
IT equipment/hardware, contract management, inspection, supervision of installation and supervision of sites
preparation i.e. civil works, electrical, mechanical works and to complete infrastructure in all Accounts Offices of
CGA department. Responsibilities include coordinating the internal and external monitoring framework in MIS
sector of the department.

(b) Coordinating with PIFRA (World Bank Project for implementation of NAM in Accounts offices (more than 500
sites) and monitor progress of various elements of NAM under implementation.

(c) Coordinating for preparation of progress reports related to PIFRA Project under implementation. Monitoring the
maintenance of computer systems installed at designated more than 50 sites in the department.

strong communication and negotiation skills to interact and dialog with various levels of Government and NGOs donors etc
towards timely and effective program execution. Have excellent skill in information technology.
