Bar cheese (high quality) with pasture milk

Cheese of semi-soft consistency and texture creamy, ideal for slicing. Its flavor is smooth and
has a yellowish-white hue.

Ingredients
Pasteurized cow's milk, chloride ctolcic, lysozyme (derived
from egg), cultures ltocteos (milk), rennet and salt.
Without preservatives.

Preferential Consumption: 6 months

Smoked bar cheese

Cheese of semi-soft consistency and creamy texture, ideal for slicing. It has a mild flavor and a
deep aroma. Its rind is smoked with birch wood.

With a characteristic black layer of wax.

Spicy cheese made with paprikaorn from La Vera (semi-cured)

100% matured cow's milk cheese with a smooth texture and spicy flavor that

taste of the spicy paprika from PDO of Pimentorn de la Vera.

Blue cheese mixture Lara&Sara

Made with 100% Galician cow and goat milk. Blue cheese
with a mild flavor, with slightly spicy and some bitter notes.
The goat, of breed "Saanen", provides a very nice bouquet.

Ingredients: Pasteurized semi-skimmed cow's milk,


pasteurized goat's milk, lactic ferments, rennet, penicillium
roqueforti, calcium chloride and salt.

Format: 5Kg, 3Kg, 1.5Kg, 500g, 300g

Preferential consumption: 12 months

The name of this cheese is the name of the two daughters of the current producers.
