Shri T. Buchanna, working presently as Junior Asst. of this office submitted an application for consideration to the award of Spl. Adhoc Promotion Post Scale-I consequent on reckoning the service in the both posts o Attender/Record Asst. w.e.f. 01-12-2008 under Automatic Advancement Scheme-2005 in the light of G.O.3rd cited above. 2. On receipt of the application of the Individual, the service & Pay particulars have been thoroughly verified with reference to the SR and it is noticed the following particulars. i) Date of appointment & Design. ii) Total Service Rendered in the 04months Attender post iii) Date of promotion as Record Asst. 12-2009 & Total Service Rendered iv)Total Service Rendered in the Attender/R.A. posts : : : : : 01-12-1992 as Attender Upto 31-03-1996 i.e., 04yrs-

3. It is clear that, the Individual rendered continuously in the both categories of Attender/Record Asst. w.e.f. 01-12-1992 to 31-12-2009. In accordance with the G.O.3 rd cited above, the Government issued orders that the total service put on by them in the category of Attender/Record Asst. shall be reckoned for the purpose of AAS and the pay may be fixed U/R FR 22 a (i). As such, the Individual is entitled to award the SAPP-I scale w.e.f. 01-12-1992+16yrs = 01-12-2008 duly reckoning service rendered in Attender/Record Asst. posts in the R.A. category. 4. Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Appendix-II (Part-II) of G.O.Ist cited and read with G.O.3rd cited, Shri T. Buchanna is hereby appointed to the SAPP Scale-I w.e.f. 01-12-2008 under Automatic Advancement Scheme-2010 duly reckoning the service rendered in the Attender / Record Asst. posts in the category of R.A. 5. On his appointment to the SAPP Scale-I, the pay of the Individual is hereby fixed under para 3rd of G.O.3rd cited w.e.f. 01-12-2008 in RPS2005 as follows: RECORD ASST. No.341, Dt: 31-12-2009, the Individual has been promoted as Junior Asst. in the regular line w.e.f. 01-01-2010 Fore Noon and it has been become essential to re-fix the same in the Junior Asst. cadre also.
