What is TRANSFORMATION FROM WITHIN?

This call believes that genuine and sustainable transformation starts with the individual.
Considering that our lives are interconnected, organizational and large-scale transformation is
only possible if the individuals within the group acknowledge that they need to start changing
themselves, rst and foremost.

Through purposeful living, we can remain motivated in the midst of our everyday
routine. By practicing empathy, we can co-exist with others in harmony, whatever may be our
role in society. Purpose and empathy are the two tenets of the call to transform from within.

In the face of rapidly changing times and sti competition for recognition, there is a
strong pressure to compromise our values in order to stay relevant. Transforming from within
helps us go back to the very core of our existence and increase our e ectiveness in our chosen
endeavors altogether. Identifying a meaningful purpose and being emphatic toward others will
help us live a truly meaningful life that impacts our families, peers, colleagues, organizations,
and society.
