ASSIGNMENT NO.

1. Decision-making is the nucleus of working together or the collaboration of the organization resulting to
success or failure.
It is a process wherein it should be done rationally with a whole and wide perspective. In making choices
always give consideration to all the possibilities and do it following a step-by-step process. Good decision-
making probably gives positive outcomes favorable to the success of an organization.
Failure of an organization can be avoided when sharing of ideas such as brainstorming, as well as gathering
information before the final judgment is done.
In making decisions be firm, and always consider the body of the organization.
2. Cultural differences influence the judgment or the concept of decision-making in such a way that some use it
as a guide if their decisions will be acceptable and appropriate. Considering one’s culture in a group talks
about diversity, so thoughtful consideration of different perspectives influences their behavior and the main
objective in deciding.
3. As an educator, the success of my students especially in their academic achievement depends on the hands of
the leader. To make solid and wise decisions for the success of my learners, I can implement the following:
- Allow students to be engaged and heard in planning and making choices.
- Be a good listener and be mindful.
- Motivate the learners to think of the choices and consider the most important and beneficial outcomes of
their decisions.
4. In decision-making, sometimes you take risks, you may experience wins, and things that won’t work. Both
results are important because those are part of the success.
