when approving and surveying onboard the installation of oil discharge monitoring and control systems

under Regulation 31.2, 31.3, 31.4 and 36.6 of Annex 2 resolution MEPC. 117(52), (Revised Annex I of

MARPOL 73/78), and IMO Resolution MEPC. 108(49),IMO MEPC.240(65) and MEPC.1/Circ.761.
