Chicken Kebab

Ingredients Step 1: Wash all vegetables and cut the bell


 2 lb boneless peppers into square/rectangular pieces.

Step 2: Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into bite

 4-6 cups oil pieces and place into a mixing bowl. Measure
 ½ cup flour and add black pepper, paprika and garlic into the

Step 4: Preheat the 4-6 cups of oil in a frying pan

powder to fry the chicken.
Step 5: Powder the chicken with flour and fry for
8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat if
more slices of chicken remain.
Step 6: Place chicken and vegetables on the skewers in a nice order and
serve on a plate.
