    1) To remove the clutch switch module, remove the trim panel for the pedal assembly. Lever out the clutch switch module from the clutch master cylinder with a screwdriver while disconnecting the plug from the housing. 2) To install, secure the clutch switch module so it cannot be installed incorrectly. The clutch switch module must snap audibly into place.

    Necessary preliminary tasks:

    Remove trim panel for pedal assembly.

    Note:
    Clutch master cylinder (2) is removed for purposes of clarity.

    Lever out clutch switch module (1) from clutch master cylinder (2) with screwdriver.
    Unlock plug (4) and disconnect from housing (3).
