POST ACTIVITY REPORT

I. IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

ACTIVITY TITLE: JOINT MADAC AND BADAC MEETING AND ADAC PRE-
ORIENTATION

II. NARRATIVE REPORT

That on August 19, 2022 at about 9:00 AM at Magat View Deck, Gen. Aguinaldo,
Ramon Isabela, PMAJ CHRISTOPHER T DANAO, ACOP conducted joint MADAC, BADAC
Meeting and Pre Audit Orientation to all Brgy.Captain, POC Kagawad, Tanod and
Secretaries in this municipality. PMAJ DANAO updated the council on the status of
Barangay Drug Clearing Book wherein out of 7 books remaining, same were already
submitted to PDEA for final checking. Moreover, PMAJ DANAO informed the council that the
Ramon Police Station personnel had already undergone Drug Free Workplace Orientation
as it is required for all government and private offices as mandated by the Dangerous Drugs
Board and the DILG and all the appointed or elected Barangay Officials are required to
undergo drug test which in care of the barangay and chargeable to the BADAC fund. Lastly,
PMAJ DANAO reminded the council to adhere to the guidelines set for by the DILG in the
preparation and submission of ADAC report to DILG to maximize the full points allotted per
parameter. That it is important to update the Executive Order reorganizing the BADAC every
time a member was removed from post. That they have to submit accomplishments of their
ADAC instead of having a certain parameter even if the Barangay is Drug Cleared to show
sustainability of programs as contained in their BADPA. That they have to monitor the
implementation of their BADPA as gauge if it is fully functional.
