Company profile

J-one Machinery (Zhongshan) CO, LTD is a joint venture, created by Zhongshan Sihai Conveying
Machinery Co.,Ltd and Japanese ADPEC Group in 2005. Cover from an area of 35000 square
meters and owns nearly 200 employees; J-one has been developed into one of the biggest
Chinese manufacturers on painting equipment. J-one is a large machinery manufacture
enterprise with both advanced Japanese technology and Chinese manufacture advantage which
integrates R&D, design, manufacture, marketing and after-sell service. We specializing in board
painting lineand automatic production line; include Coating equipment, Drier, Sander, automatic

特点和用途：

1 、本机器用于各类平面板的表面涂装，油漆面光滑，饱满，无色差。

2、调节辊与涂布辊的上下调节采用直线导轨导向 (手动升降或者自动升降) ，升降部分不

会摆动确保涂布辊的稳定工作。

Characteristics and Usage：

1. This machine applied to surface coating of even plate, The surface will be smooth, full and
no color difference after coating.

2. Up-down adjustment of adjusting roller and coating roller adopts straight guide (Up-down
manually or automatically), the part of up-down won’t moving that insure the stable
working of coating roller.
