J-one Machinery (Zhongshan) CO, LTD is a joint venture, created by Zhongshan Sihai Conveying
Machinery Co.,Ltd and Japanese ADPEC Group in 2005. Cover from an area of 35000 square
meters and owns nearly 200 employees; J-one has been developed into one of the biggest
Chinese manufacturers on painting equipment. J-one is a large machinery manufacture
enterprise with both advanced Japanese technology and Chinese manufacture advantage which

干燥机: drying oven
机器型号：UVDJ60-2/3、UVDJ100-2/3、UVDJ130-2/3

● 采用日本 GSDT 的技术，设计独特合理；采用铝合金灯罩和铝合金镜面反射板，以提高

光照强度。 灯罩由摆动气缸驱动可以 180°翻转。换灯、检修都很方便，如遇故障停车，
灯罩可自动向上翻转， 保证机器内的产品不致过渡固化而成为废品，故障解除后，灯罩自
动回转投入正常工作，减少 UV 灯的启停次数、提高生产效率。

● Using Japanese GSDT technology, with creative design, adopt aluminum alloy lampshade and
aluminum alloy reflector to improve light’s intensity ,the lampshade is driven by swing cylinder,
can turnover at 180°,it’s easy to change the lamp and repair, if there is malfunction ,shade will
turn toward upside to ensure the parts inside the machine won’t be wasted caused by excessive
curing, after remove the malfunction, shade will back to normal work automatically to reduce
the time of starting and stopping.
热风干燥炉系列：Series of hot air dryer
● 精一热风干燥炉系列产品完全采用日本设计方案与技术，干燥热源可以根据客户的的需
要选择蒸气、 电加热或燃烧机其中之一；其结构合理，用材讲究，密封保温系统与排潮系
统技术先进、效果卓著， 以至热能有 效的利用，节能效果好。

● 风速与温度调控装置，可分段设定风速与温度，能对风速与温度作出精确的调控，独特
的管式喷嘴能以 25m/s 高速均匀的喷出热风，有效缩短干燥时间，确保干燥的效果。尤其
蒸气加热方式，能耗成本最低。

J-One series of hot wind drying oven are complete adopt Japanese project and
technology. Drying hot source could be steam, electricity heat or combustion machine
which is according to customer’s need. Its reasonable structure, exquisite material,
advanced technology on sealed heat preservation system and moisture exhaust
system which have remarkable impacts on effective use of heat power and energy
saving.
Regulating device of air speed and temperature can set the air speed and temperature
in section, the device can accurately adjust it. Unique design of tube style muzzle can
eject hot air to dry workpiece rapidly by 25m/s evenly. This assures the dry effect;
especially steam heating mode, cost can be reduced to the lowest.

单板干燥炉适用于单板先剪后干的生产工艺，特别适合于厚度在 0.2-3.6mm 之间的

单板干燥。炉内采用两层滚筒烫压输送类型，单板通过上下两层旋转的滚筒行进的
同时，起到烫平的效果，同时通过滚筒间的独特喷 嘴向单板上下表面喷出高速
(20-25m/s) 的热风 (110－150℃) ，能有效的缩短干燥时间，达到理想的含水率。

J-One single board drying oven is applied in production process of single board cutting
before dry, especial for thickness of 0.2-3.6mm. there are two layers roller’s warm-press
conveying inside the oven.
When the up and down roller are moving, board can be warmed and pressed evenly, at
the same time, the spray nozzle in rollers can spray hot wind(110－150℃)at the speed
of 20-25m/s ,this effectively shorten drying time and reach reasonable water content.
