Remove the load resistance
Find the open circuit voftage across the open
circuit load terminals.

Current through R resistor, Ij= V/R
Voltage across R3 resistor, Voc= Rg I1
Step-3:-Obtain the Thevenin's Equivalent cirauit.

PROCEDURE:
Connect the Kit to the supply.
Switch ON the power supply and vary the DC voltage to set at
12V DC& measure it.
Disconnect the load and measure open circuit voltage Voc= Vih by voltmeter or
multimeter at P3 & P, and write in Table.
Measure the value of Thevenin's resistance by shorting the voltage
draw equivalent circuit. source and
Set the Vo (Here 8V DC) at variable voltage source. Then connect
& V, of equivalent circuit. this value to VË
Set the Ren (at top right side of kit) and join it in
Then connect R i.e LË to Ls and Lz to LG equivalent circuit point VË & Pg.
Connect ammeter in Pg &Ls.
Repeat the steps for 10V & 8V
