Colombian families

In Colombia they have a gastronomic variety in every region, too much party every month and in
December celebrate Christmas and New Year. In july celebrate the independence of Colombia and
in august the boyaca´s battle.

Now...The Valledupar families are very loving, we are united, we like to share with the neighbors.

In Valledupar there are parties throughout the year: in January is the birthday of the city, in
February there are carnivals, in March Easter, April is the most important festival in the city, the
Vallenato festival and many tourists from other cities and countries arrive. They sell sweets, there
are many dances, music and concerts. Then the holidays arrive and the Guatapuri river is the
busiest place, we celebrate a day of love and friendship, on Halloween the whole family dresses up
and lastly Christmas and New Year, on all these dates we give each other gifts among the family
members.

I am the coach of this team and what I do is plan

game strategies, I give them fruits, vegetables and a
sweet to eat. My team is very committed and they
train every day, they get up very early we go to the
gym, at 12pm they have a high protein lunch and
then in the afternoon we train, at night they sleep
early and read a book to relax.
Yo soy el entrenador de este equipo y lo que hago es planear estrategias de juego, les doy a
comer frutas, verduras y un dulce. Mi equipo es muy comprometido y entrenan todos los dias, se
levantan muy temprano vamos al gimnasio, a las 12pm almuerzan con mucha proteina y luego por
la tarde entrenamos, en la noche durmen temprano y leen algun libro para relajarse.
