$50 Account Opening Bonus Policy

1 . “$50 Account Opening Bonus” is held by WOXA LTD.

2 . The $50 Bonus is for introductory purposes and only for new clients from
non-restricted countries, who are interested in opening a live trading account
with WOXA LTD.

3 . The Credit Account is available in some countries.

4 . Each Client can open only one Credit Account.

5 . The Credit Account has identical trading conditions to the real account type.

6 . There is no expiration on the Credit Account.

7 . The Credit Account is available in USD only.

8 . The Credit Account is automatically generated after the Client completes

the registration form on the web page and the application has been
approved. The login details are the same as your real account.

9 . The $50 Bonus will automatically appear in your Credit Account.

10 . WOXA LTD. reserves the right to reject a bonus request or block the Credit
Account, if there is a partial or complete match of IP address or other signs of
Credit Accounts belonging to the same person

11 . The Initial $50 Bonus cannot be withdrawn from the Credit Account.

12 . The minimum and maximum amount of profit that can be withdrawn can
be checked on the WOXA official website.

13 . Each Client can make only one request to withdraw profit from the Credit
Account.

14 . In order to successfully withdraw profits from the Credit Account, the cus-
tomer must perform the following actions:
Client must successfully pass the KYC process
Client must apply to become a partner with WOXA
Client must invite 3 or more friends through their referral link
The positions must be hold at least 5 minutes
The profited positions hold less than 5 minutes is considered invalid.
Client must pass the conditions of Positions and Exposure displayed
on the website
Client must close all positions before making a withdrawal.

15 . Here are several conditions of the withdrawal:
Maximum profit withdrawal is up to $200
Minimum profit withdrawal starts from $50
The range of minimum and maximum withdrawal is also up to the
referral program according to WOXA official website
In order to withdraw, clients need to withdraw at their maximum rate.
16 . Once the profit withdrawal is completed, the Credit Account will be
disabled and no further trading will be possible.

17 . The profit of the Credit Account will be added to the balance and can be
withdrawn immediately by using any of the available withdrawal options
available in the web page.

18 . All profits earned and withdrawn from the Credit Account are deemed to
be null and void, if the Credit Account holder has provided incorrect, false or
misleading information during the registration process.

19 . No deposits can be made to the Credit Account.

20 . WOXA LTD. reserves the right to disqualify any user, if there is a suspicion
of misuse or abuse of fair rules.

21 . Hedging trading positions internally (using other trading accounts held

with WOXA) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers)
is not considered to be an abuse.

22 . Using the failures in the quote flow for getting guaranteed profit or any
other form of fraudulent activities are considered to be an abuse.

23 . WOXA LTD. reserves the right to change the terms of the Campaign or
cancel it at any time

24 . Any disputes or likely misunderstandings that may occur as a result of the

Campaign terms will be resolved by the WOXA LTD. in a way that presents the
fairest solution to all parties involved. Once such a decision has been made, it
shall be regarded as final and/or binding for all parties.

25 . Clients agree that information provided during the registration process

may be used by the Company both within the context of the Credit Account
Campaign and for any other marketing purposes.
