    A baby named Baby of Smriti Twin II, aged 2 months, was admitted to Sagar Hospital on April 7th, 2023 with ventriculitis and hydrocephalus. The baby underwent 4 EVD procedures and a shunt surgery, and was kept in the pediatric ICU for observation. Unfortunately, the baby expired in the pediatric ICU on June 30th, 2023 at 1:20 PM after approximately 2 months of treatment. The cause of death was determined to be increased intracranial pressure.

    This is to inform you that Baby of Smriti Twin II , age 2 months / Male with IP ID:

    177753 was brought to Sagar Hospital with history of Ventriculitis with hydrocephalus

    was admitted on April 07th 2023 had underwent 4 times EVD and Shunt surgery was

    kept in Pediatric ICU care for observation. Baby Expired in the Pediatric ICU after
    approx. 2 months of treatment on June 30th 2023 13:20 PM.

    The cause of the death is increased Intracranial pressure.
