APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) Information

A. Special

1. A bona fide businessman with positions equivalent to directors and above


who leads the company (proven by attaching a photocopy of the company's
deed of establishment for document verification).

2. The company must be equivalent to a Limited Liability Company (PT), not CV,
UD and so on (proven by attaching a photocopy of the Company's Business
License (SIUP) for document verification).

B. General

1. Requirements for submitting ABTC either New / Extension, among


others:

a. Application form (download form)


b. Application letter from the company (addressed to the Director of
Immigration Traffic Up. Head of Sub-Directorate of Visa)
c. Letter of recommendation from the association of
entrepreneurs/professionals (in the form of a letter of recommendation to
the person concerned, not a card or sign of a member of a particular
association).
d. Bank Reference Letter with balance statement for the last 3 months min
IDR 500.000.000 (personal personal account, not company account /
husband-wife account or parent-child account)
e. Copy of Passport with minimum validity period of 2 years
f. Proof of business travel for the last 6 months (copy of passport for the last
6 months, at least 3 business trips)
g. Police Record Certificate (SKCK) (a certificate of good behavior at least
issued by the Polres/Polda)
h. Photocopy of Identity Card (work on KTP must be representative of the
business, such as self-employed or private employees)
i. Old ABTC (for replacement) (if the old card is lost, attach a missing letter
from the police, min from Polres)
j. Recent photograph size 3×4 in color 2 pieces (red background, formal
attire and studio standard photo quality)
k. Pay an immigration fee of IDR 2.500,000,- (if the old card is lost/damaged,
it is still valid, the immigration fee is IDR 3.500.000, -
l. Attach a signature using a special large whiteboard marker to be
uploaded to the system)
m. Attach a letter of assignment and identification from the company for
those who represent the management of ABTC

2. Requirements for card reprint due to lost/damaged:

a. Application letter (addressed to the Director of Immigration Traffic)


b. Certificate of loss from the police (for lost cards)
c. Old card (for damaged)
d. Photocopy of passport
e. Applicant's signature in large marker
f. Power of attorney
g. Cost IDR 3.500.000

Estimated Process 1-2 months


The applicant will be scheduled to attend for making the Minutes of Examination

3. Requirements for card reprint due to passport change/addition of


country:

a. ABTC Card Reprint Application Letter (addressed to the Director of


Immigration Traffic up. Head of Sub-Directorate of Visa)
b. Old card
c. Copy of new passport paspor
d. Applicant's signature in large marker
e. Power of attorney
f. Cost IDR 2.500.000
