Manage all aspects of the Human Resources and Administration function for company
1 to develop and maintain an efficiently operation department which includes directing,
managing, advising and motivating employee
2 Represent the company as required
Responsible to ensure that the Human Resources Department requirements for
administrative support are undertaken efficiently and professionally, including word-

processing, answer telephone, filing, collect/distribute mail, expense vouchers, petty
cash, legal documentation fees, etc

Strive for innovative ways to improve the daily administration within the Human
4
Resources Department.
To ensure all administration of the processing of expatriate work permits and visas are
5
properly processed.
6 Prepare and maintain expatriate documents
To support the team with general filing to ensure staff personnel files are kept up to
7
date

8 Any other duties deemed necessary both now and in the future to meet business needs

9 Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on matters pertaining to the company

10 Improve the compensation management system


11 Formulate, improve and maintain performance appraisal system

13 Improve Employee relationship
Work with worker / union representative to resolve labor relation issues (if any).
14 Identify and analyze employee relations problems and take appropriate actions to
correct such problems
Ensure legal compliance with various governmental laws and regulations covering the

areas of labor relation, employment, workmen’s compensation and other regulations

To ensure payroll calculation are correct and processed and received by all employee

Responsible for maintaining, completing and record insurance (BPJS) and other

programs offered to employees.
To monitor and maintain all expatriate documents (eg. Passport, visa, working permit
18 and police report) and arrange the accommodations for visitors and clients
19 Review and ensure the processes in the Dept. HR & GA is run smoothly
20 Review and develop work systems to be more effective and efficient
21 Evaluating costs so as not to exceed the specified budget
Provide strong business partnering support to the all managers and assist in providing

business ideas and directions
23 Responsible for preparing SOP, Form, WI related to HR.

1 To support the team with general filing to ensure staff personnel files are kept up to
date
Monitor extension / termination of contract employees and coordinate with other

department Head for the outcome.
3 Establish monthly Records for temporary personal gate pass.
4 Responsible to new employee’s face attendance and introduction
5 Ensure all employees obtain ID Card
Record the number of employees who are not present (permits, sick, negligent /
6 absent) in daily basis
Creating an evaluation report employee attendance, employee mutation; employee

who resigned and who were transferred to other sections.

8 Report to the respective Manager regarding disciplinary action by their subordinate.

Coordinate with HR&GA Manager to take special action for employees' who are often

absent and lateness.
10 Record and update each employee annual leave requests.
11 To adminster of issuance the sticker for all employees
12 To be the central of stationary and do record up date
13 Process the utility payment and coordinate with Finance Department
Ensuring the company is run in accordance with compliance with applicable

15 Inform and advise the Human Resources Manager of any disturbances or grievances
