SPOC for the entire PAN India for resource allocation on the tool for projects and resource
optimization of the same.
Initiating the transfer transactions for the approved employees from the tool and co-ordinating
with the various internal departments till closure
Co-ordination role towards the conversion of employees from contract to the core employees
through various internal departments and ensure the results were obtained positively.
Driving the projects across PAN India to drive for the Non-Linearity of the resources to achieve a
single focus of resource optimization.
Controlling Attrition by coordinating with HR Team and providing initiatives like Team bonding
activities, career framework for partner employees.
Co-coordinating with regional team and getting the on free pool resources on a daily basis.
Flashing free pool resources data on daily basis to top management.

Coordinating with SAP team and ensure that indent is getting closed by proposing the bench
employee after taking the approval from respective PM/SDM.
Do a daily check of Indents and keep indent status up to date &
Indents in internal stage will close using Bench and Virtual Bench and propose the resources. Once
proposed, follow-up with the Delivery for feedback.
If there are no internal profiles available then flagging the Indent to external & do contracting &
hiring.
Follow-up with TA team on a daily basis for profiles post sharing all the relevant information with
them and same way follow-up with the delivery for feedback.
Post joining propose and ensure Delivery allocates and bills the resource.
Daily wise making excel reports & sharing with team.
Successful associates, particularly to keep track of changing availability
Keep database records of all applicants, rejections, assessment center attendees and
Identify any potential staff or core associate hires, from initial applications, and pass to HR Support
for inclusion in standard recruitment process
Accept details of all staff and core associate successful hires from HR Support and add details to
resource database
Maintain up-to-date records for all resources – staff, core associates and pool associates – for
scheduling purposes
Responding to Internal Resource Requests
Attend the weekly scheduling meeting where all resource requirements are discussed
Ensure all successful pool associates are notified to head of HR for all contractual matters – hiring
decisions, references, contracts.
Ensuring that employees are not to bench from virtual pool by coordinating with PM/reginal team
and get the allocation done on timely manner.
Maintaining leave pool data base and highlighting the same to HR.
Maintaining free pool and virtual pool tacker and using it effectively to allocate the resources
against open indent.
