Different retail mode
This device supports little different Android OS(Android GO) compared to Note9, S9 etc.
Android GO does not support any MDM(Mobile device management) so Retail Mode cannot control the device.

This retail mode can only support below functions.

- Playing Screen saver video
- Blocking to enter Settings app
- Changing wallpaper as default one

Setup guide
When you download files on computer

1. Prepare “Galaxy_Series_DCT.apk” file

- Update package is available on RetailSamsung(http://retailsamsung.com)

2. Connect the phone with your computer, click ‘ALLOW’ button in “Allow access..” pop-up
3. Copy “Galaxy_Series_DCT.apk” file into “Download” folder on your phone

When you download files on smartphone

1. Run browser application to download Galaxy_Series_DCT.apk

- RDU package is available on RetailSamsung(http://retailsamsung.com) after unpack
2. Select the title which you want to download
3. Click Galaxy_Series_DCT.apk to download

5. Click “Downloads”
6. Click Retail Mode apk to install
7. Click “INSTALL” button
8. Click “OPEN” button

10. Turn on the option
11. Click Back key
12. See the option is “On” and Click Back key again
13. Turn on the option

17. Turn off the screen and see Screen saver is playing well
※ Screen saver is playing from 09:00AM to 10:00PM (Default time to play)

Retail Mode blocks for customers to enter Settings application
If customers tries to enter Settings application, there is restrict pop-up
If you want to allow to enter Settings application, you need to uncheck this option
