RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made and executed on this the 11" day of January 2023 at Hyderabad,
Sfate Of Telangana by and between:
Mr. MOHAMMED HABEEB, R/o, H No: 8-4-549/119, 157 Floor, Netaji Nagar 2" Lane,
Sultan Nagar, Erragadda, Hyderabad Dist, 500018. State of Telangana
(Hereinafter called the ‘OWNER’, shall mean and include all his heirs, successors, legal

AND
Mr. SHAIK ABDUL KHADAR JEELANI, Slo KHADAR BASHA aged about 38 years,

Hereinafter called the ‘Tenant’, shall mean and include all his heirs, successors, legal

1Hereinafter called as the SAID PREMISES. And whereas the Tenant has approached the
Landlord and request for to let out the above said Portion On a monthly rent of Rs.
8,300/-(Rupees Eight Thousand Three Hundred only) and the Land lord/ first
party herein has agreed for the same subject to the following terms and conditions:
NOW THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
-NOW THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS :
1 In pursuance of the above said offer and acceptance the Tenant/Second party herein
has paid an amount of Rs. 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) by Cash as
Security deposit towards the said premises and it will be refundable without interest
at the time of the termination of this agreement.
2. That the tenant shall pay the monthly rent of Rs. 8,300/-(Rupees Eight Thousand
‘Three Hundred only) on or before 5" of Every English calendar month
3. The commencement of the date of this rent is with effect from Dt. 02° April 2022 till
11 months. That the Tenant shall not sub-let the said premises to any other third
persons,
4. That the Tenant shall pay electricity & maintenance consumption charges to the
concerned authorities directly within the due date regularly without fail and shall
hand over the receipts to the owner.
5. \ That the Tenancy is for a period of 11 months from the date. It will be renewed for
further period by mutual consent of the above said both parties.
6 That the said premises shall be used for the purpose of Residency purpose only
and shall not be used for any other purposes illegal means
7. That the Tenant shall increase the rent after expiry of the agreement period as
decided by him
8. That the Tenancy shall be terminated within 2 months prior notice strictly by either
Party. And it is agreed between the parties that without any objection or
delay/claim the other side shall terminate the agreement on giving such prior
notice. If fails, such party shall compensate to the other,
9. The Tenant shall keep the premises in good condition and shall not make any
additions or alterations without the prior permission/consent of the owner.
IN WITNESSES WHEREOF the parties have signed this document with their own free
will and consent on this the day, month and year first above mentioned,
