This level of risk means

level on a scale of 1 to 10 is

Fair Risk Level
This level of risk means that it
stands a better chance of
withstanding a very strong
market movement. However
on a more persistent and
stubborn trend, it might take in
some loss. Risk level on a scale
of 1 to 10 is about 2/10.
