6. Brief description of the role the applicant performed under your supervision:

Since 2017, she has been one of the village facilitators for BLOOM activities in Boawae
subdistrict of Wolowea Timur Village and she has been one of the facilitators who I think
is very enthusiastic and very quick to socialize with facilitators from other sub-districts
and it was not only acknowledged by me but by some fellow facilitators and even
managers of the BLOOM project at the time. In 2019, he and I applied to become sub-
district facilitators during his time as a sub-district facilitator, he was a facilitator who
was very enthusiastic in facilitating and making the atmosphere very lively fast and agile
in completing the task. In addition, he is very easy to socialize with other people,
especially with village people, this is proven by the existence of a budget for BLOOM
children from East Wolowea village and several villages in the assisted areas. In 2020, I
and him were called to rejoin the MAPAN team as a follow-up program from BLOOM
and him successfully completed this MAPAN project to completion and with some
changes to so many teenagers.

7. Was the applicant able to fulfil his/her responsibilities? Why?

I believe Maria Fransiska Azi can fulfill her responsibilities.

The reason is, since he worked from 2017 he was entrusted as a village facilitator and
then from 2019-2022 he was entrusted as a sub-district facilitator, I feel that he is capable
of facilitating, handling activities in the village or advocating for activities at the village
and sub-district level (Since the BLOOM Project – MAPAN Project) and already
understands a lot of PLAN activities in the village, because during his time as a facilitator
he also often helps FDO in the Boawae sub-district so that it also becomes knowledge
and experience for him and has successfully completed his project well and as long as I
work with him there is no bad record about its performance

Maria Fransiska Azi has been working since 2017-2019 (Handling the BLOOM project,
where she became a village facilitator for youth aged 13-24 years for how youth in her
village can choose a good future and how youth aged 19-24 years can prepare themselves to
enter the world of work. In 2019-2022, he also became a sub-district facilitator to take care
of the same thing related to the Discussion of the Future of Youth and Readiness of Youth to
enter the world of work. He also helped FDO activities in Boawae sub-district related to
Sponsor's children
