1. Social media is used effectively for the communication purpose in contemporary times. Do
you think it can replace the face to face medium of communication? Is it an effective tool? What
are its advantages and disadvantages? How you see the impact of Social media in the times of
social distancing (In reference to world experiencing Corona pandemic)?
2. Draft a notice for the students of your college inviting comments and suggestions about how
this year's college festival can be made more environmental friendly. You are Anjali
Chandra/Mohit Kumar, President, Student Union.
3. Draft a Memo for an employee granting him/ her permission to join apart-time diploma course
in marketing.

4. Draft the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Mohan Enterprises at which the
following matters were discussed:

 Annual increment to be given to the employees for the year 2016-2017.

 Retirement of CEO Mr. Krishnamurthy.
 To decide how employees can be convinced to save paper.
5. Imagine you are the Regional Manager of an organization. There has been an accident in the
godown of your factory. Write a report about the accident mentioning the reasons for the
accident.
6. What are Endnotes and Footnotes? How are they different from Bibliography? Explain with
examples. Since you are giving a open book exam provide the bibliography in reference to the
books used by you in answering the questions.
