1) RATED A PLAYERS GROUP A – RATING 1251 & ABOVE (First 60 entries will be accepted)
2) RATED B PLAYERS GROUP B – RATING 1000 TO 1250 (First 60 entries will be accepted)
3) UNRATED PLAYERS GROUP- ABOVE AGE 9(Born on or before 01-01-2014 can
participate) (FIRST 100 ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.)

1) RATED PLAYERS- ANY PLAYER HAVING CLASSICAL OR RAPID RATING CAN PARTICIPATE IN
THE TOURNAMENT. RAPID RATING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR PAIRING.
Last date of entry – 16-6-23 OR Fulfilment of No of entries as mentioned above,

2) Venue –ASHWAMEDH HALL, KARVE ROAD, BEHIND RANKA JEWELLERS, PUNE 4
3) Date – Sunday, 18th JUNE, 2023
4) Timing – Reporting at venue at 8:30 am, Players meeting 8.45 am, Inauguration 9 am
and first round will start at 9:15 am
(Every day entries will be uploaded on chess-results.com at 9 pm.)
(First round pairings will be published on www.chess-results.com on 17-06-2023 at 7 p.m.)

Total Prize fund – Rs.26,000 (details on page 2)

5) Time control – 15 minutes to each player and 10 seconds increment from first move.
6) No. of rounds – Maximum 7 rounds (Swiss League format)
7) Rules – A) In the case of tie, prize money will not be shared.
B) Latest FIDE rules will be applied.
C) In case of any dispute, Chief Arbiter’s decision will be final and binding on all.
D) Entry fee will be refunded after deduction of Rs.100 before pairing of round No1
After pairing is done entry fees will not be refunded.

8) The organizer will reserve the rights to admit or refuse any entry without assigning any
reason. They also reserve the rights of admission to the venue.
