Existing Registration -For existing players please go to your player page in http://aict.in/players and click on extend membership 2, New (Fresh) Registration — http://aict.in/online-player-registration/ For fresh AICF player ation, players are requested to keep their scanned passport size photograph and birth certificate and a valid email address (unique) not used by any ather person/ player for AICF player registration. Note: Only passport size (less than 1MB) phatographs in jpeg format should be uploaded. + TNSCA & PDCA- All players of Tamilnadu should have been registered with Tamilnadu State ‘Chess Association for the year 2023-2024 by paying Rs.150 and filling up the prescribed form, * itis mandatory for Pudukkottai players to register with POCA.* Protests - Protests if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be made in writing with protest fee of Rs.1000/-within 15 minutes after completion of the game to the appeals committee The protest fee will be refunded if the appeal is upheld. + Appeals Committee ~ Before the commencement of the Tournament, appeals committee comprising of five members, will be formed from the senior participants present at the players meeting. The appeals committee decision will be final and binding on all the players concerned. * Withdrawals -A player may withdraw at any stage of the event, after informing the chief arbiter in Wrist watches - AICF has banned the wrist watches while playing in FIDE Rated events. Players are instructed not to wear wrist watches while playing. Accommodation: Free Dormitory type of accommodation will be provided for the outstation particiy a NOTE: Please be informed that girls will be allowed to stay with only ladies and boys have to stay only with gents.
