RE: REQUEST FOR COMPENSATION FOR THE INJURY SUSTAINED BY

ONE HAJI SIAJABU.
The subject above concerns; we the pro bono lawyers from a non governmental
organization styled as Legal and Human Rights Centre have been humbly moved
by the male parent of one Haji Siajabu hereinafter to be referred to as ‘as the minor’
to request from you compensation of about two million Tshs (2,000,000 Tshs) as a
result of the road accident which involved the said client caused by the car with the
registration number TZS 2852 Land Rover Discovery hereinafter to be referred to as
‘the car’ the property of Prevention of Corruption Bureau (PCB) the whole incident
and the material facts are hereinbelow explained.

Take reference to our Demand note with reference number LHRC/LAC/MAG/05/832,

our client has informed us that you had instructed him to analyze the amount which he
had used for making follow up about the said matter. Therefore the amount claimed as
a result of disturbances suffered for two years are as follows
1. Transport for two years amounted to 340,000/=
2.Lose of income due to the fact that he was making follow up of the said matter
for two years amount to 500,000/=

Therefore our client claims about total amount of 2,840,000/=.
