On May 17, 1911, Lee Woods & Leila Leonard unknowingly started a tradition
that would last over 100 years. As the first couple to be married at Hotel Boulderado,
Leila and Lee began their new lives together by descending the hotel’s Grand
Staircase to celebrate on the beautiful mezzanine overlooking the lobby. Since
then, Hotel Boulderado’s tradition of wedding ceremonies on our staircase
has been embraced by countless couples celebrating love!
Become part of our long-standing tradition with a ceremony on our iconic Grand
Staircase. Toast over an elegant reception and dance the night away in our Mezzanine,
or Boulderado Ballroom! Choose among polished event spaces that are the perfect
backdrop for memorable rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions, and post-wedding
day brunches, for up to 275 guests. Our wedding packages allow you to
customize your selections to reflect your tastes, preferences and budgets.

Room Blocks
CONTRACTUAL BLOCK
With this option, we will block the number of rooms needed for each night,
meaning we take rooms out of our inventory for your group. For this option,
we require a minimum of 10 rooms per night for 2 nights and will require a credit
card as a guarantee. You would be responsible for 80% of those room nights on
a cumulative basis. Those rooms would be guaranteed to you up to 30 days
prior to your first arrival date. You are responsible for fulfilling 80%
of the number of room nights you contract for.
For example, if you contract for 10 rooms each night for 2 nights, that is
20 room nights. You are responsible for utilizing (or paying for) at least 16 of
those nights. This is a good option if you want to lock in a great rate and are
certain you'll have that many out of town guests to fulfill the contract.
RATE HOLD
With this option, we do not block any rooms in our inventory, but do
offer your guests a negotiated rate. This rate would be available as long as
we have at least 20% of our rooms left to sell, up to 60 days prior to
your first scheduled check-in date (whichever comes first).
