Joined as Senior Production Operator in July 2017 FPSO Yuum Kak Naab (Mexico)
Working as a senior operator with BW Offshore in FPSO Yuum Kak Naab having Oil process
train oil handling capacity 200000bbls/day. Sour gas compressor module for gas export (19 bar) flow
rate 120mmscfd. (35000ppm H2S concentration.)Fuel gas compressor 10mmscfd. Gas sweeting unit
and amine regeneration unit. Heating medium having two boilers and two waste heat recovery unit
from gas turbine. Gas turbines generator 24 MW each (dual fuel), FPSO is equipped with STP
(Submersible Turret Production) form APL (Advance Production Loading).
Cargo capacity (98 % filling, excl. slop tanks) : 2,351396 bbls.
Process Facilities:
Emerson DeltaV series DCS systems. Hands-on experience in Process Control Room & Field
Operations. Operations of Three Stage & Three phase separation, Electro Static Coalescer (Desalter &
Dehydrator), Sea water coolers, flow line Pig Launching & Receiving, Operations of HPU (hydraulic
power unit) units. Chemical injections systems, Storage & Offloading. Preparation of Daily Production
Reports, Well test calculations, Chemical injection reports & required adjustments, Experience in
smooth shutdown & start up procedure of the complete facility & Isolation procedures for complete
system for maintenance & inspection. Gas export module of 120MMSCFD (Siemens centrifugal
Compressor).Gas sweeting Unit consists of Amine Regeneration, Amine Contactor, Amine regenerator,
Recovery scrubber, Reboiler, Reflux drum, Amine Flash Drum, Charcoal Filter, Lean / Rich Amine heat
exchanger, Amine surge tank, Three way valve, Amine circulation pump operation and also the pH value

Working as Lead Operator with BW Offshore in FPSO BERGE HELENE having Two Oil process
trains, Water Injection System, gas compressor module for gas injection (225 bar) with gas lift process
and gas dehydration. Three boilers 80 ton each and 2 steam turbines generator 24 MW each, sub sea
module from FMC, turret area, gas injection module of 80MMSCFD (Nova Pignone Reciprocating
Compressor) FPSO is equipped with ETP(External Turret Production) form APL(Advance Production
Loading).
Joined as Production Operator in June 2005 and promoted to Lead/DCS Operator from April
2007

Pumps, Interstage Heaters and chemical injection skids for paraffin/Asphaltine, Methanol,
Corrosion & Scale inhibitors, Biocides, Demulsifier, Antifoam, Water clarifier and diesel.

ROCKERARM) worked in Bombay high & Basin Platforms BHN, NQO, WIN, BPA & BPB and familiar
with the well completion things like packer, pump out plug, expansion joint, Mandrel GLV, SSSV, Sliding
sleeve and tubing hanger etc.( made by BAKER, OTIS, CAMCO & ARROW).
Responsible Duties involved:
Assigning work to Contractors as per production programs, carrying out and supervising sub
contractors works through Permit to work system in safest manner during process and shutdown works
in various Rigs, Production/Process Platforms and unman gas /water injection platforms.
Worked at high pressure and high H2S content gas wells.
Supervising the process/production operations, analyzing coal gas samples, assigning work to sub
contractors and technicians and clearing punch list as per P&ID requirements.
Permit validation and carrying out hazardous & non-hazardous jobs ensuring the safe requirements of
PTW system.
