A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND

MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (LDRRMC) RESOLUTION NO. 22, SERIES OF 2021 A
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR FLOOD AND OTHER
RAIN-INDUCED CALAMITIES.

WHEREAS, presented to this Honorable Body for consideration the LDRRMC
Resolution No. 22 Series of 2021 embodying the Contigency Plan for Flood and other
Rain-induced Calamities of Sultan Dumalondong subject for adoption;

WHEREAS, it is the primary power, duty, and function of the Sangguniang

Bayan as the legislative body of the municipality, to enact ordinances, approve
resolutions, and appropriate funds for the general welfare of the municipality;

WHEREAS, upon evaluation and perusal, this Sangguniang Bayan finds no

impediment to the passage of a resolution adopting the same;

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF SULTAN DUMALONDONG, LANAO DEL SUR, BY THE
VIRTUE OF POWERS VESTED IN IT BY LAW, IN SESSION ASSEMBLED TO ADOPT
THE LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT COUNCIL
(LDRRMC) RESOLUTION NO. 22, SERIES OF 2021 A RESOLUTION APPROVING
THE CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR FLOOD AND OTHER RAIN-INDUCED
CALAMITIES.
RESOLVED, on motion of Hon. JALILAH M. ABDULMADID and unanimously
seconded by other Sangguniang Bayan members of Sultan Dumalondong, Lanao Del
Sur, in its Inaugural Session held on October 11, 2021
RESOLVED FINALLY, to send a copy of this resolution to the office of the Local
Chief Executive, Hon. Mayor. Jamel B. Kurangking and other offices concerned
about their guidance and information.
