NARRATIVE REPORT ON FIRST QUARTER NATIONWIDE

SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQAUKE DRILL

March 09, 2023 is being observed as First Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake
Drill. It is perfect time to discuss and raise awareness about the causes, hazards and earthquake.
Earthquake cause building collapse. The Drop/Duck, Cover and Hold technique is designed to
provide the greatest protection from this type of situation.

The webinar formally starts at 8:00 am with the singing of the National Anthem through
video presentation followed with the singing of DRRM jingle. After that is the opening remarks
of ASEC. Hernando M. Caraig Jr.

At. exactly 2:00 pm all the teachers and pupils of Bulacan Heights Elementary School
joined the Online Pressing of the Button. They do the Duck, Cover and Hold.

Before the webinar end, the speakers gave some important matters about the topics that
presented. He said that because of the pandemic, we have to share this topic especially to the
parent/guardians and to our learners.

The webinar ends at 2:30 pm.
