PAYMENTS: 60 days after completion of work.


VALIDITY: This quotation is valid for 07 days from the date hereof.
INSURANCE: By Client.

EXCLUSIONS All below items except as quoted in the commercial offer.


- Any type of work that is not included in inclusions or BOQ.
FORCE PHEASANT INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. will not be responsible for failure to meet the
MAJEURE delivery schedules of the contract nor for any losses or damages to the Client (or any third
party/person) occasioned or by loss of or any damage to the material when caused directly
or indirectly by, or in any manner arising from the below effects.
The act of God
The acts of government and military authority
The casualty, riots, strikes, sabotage, terrorism, or any other similar or different cause or
causes beyond PHEASANT INTERNATIONAL control or of its suppliers or sub-contractors
/ vendors.
Force Majeure will extend the time of Pheasant execution or delivery of the
work/equipment.
NOTE:
CLIENT END RESPONSIBILTIES:

 Its responsibility of client run all HVAC equipment’s associated to this building.
