    Good 4 Only applicable blocks as determined by
    Average 3 the VP OP are rated.
    Poor 2
    Very Poor 1 Quality item A, Price item A and
    Negative 0 Performance item B are requisite.

    Take the total points from each rated block and divide by the total blocks rated for the supplier.

    Total Points from Blocks / Total Blocks Rated = Must be > 2. If < or = 2, supplier development
    must be considered.
