Summary: 

 TBM 1 HBW manifold installed at front shield and connection given. HBW manifolds to 
outer seals plumbing and hose installation done. 

 TBM 1 cavity B and C outer hose EC 210‐8 (8 ports) connected. 

 TBM 2 carrier roller bracket repairing work done. 

 TBM 1 bridge gantry hydraulic grease pipeline joint work under progress. 

 TBM 1 material lock mounting on front shield completed. 

 TBM 1 front shield inner ports connected to manifolds. 

 TBM 2 gantry 7 water hose reel fixed. 

 TBM 1 pinion lube, pinion bearing lube, main bearing all hoses connection done. 

 TBM 1 bridge gantry all hydraulic pipes inside cleaned, and all joint work done. 

 TBM 1 Thrust cylinders 13 No’s mounted on shield. New fasteners M30x100 socket 
type installed. 

 TBM 1 main drive gear box sand blasting ongoing with covered plate. 

 TBM 1 cutterhead foam nozzle area rewelding under process. 

 TBM 2 articulation shield 04 No’s bentonite flange pipe welding done. 

 TBM 2 Erector accumulators fixed 02 No’s.
