I have the Honor to send to your good office the attached records of investigation
for a case of Violation of Republic Act 10883 wherein the victim was one RODOLFO
ANSAY y ALONSO, 29 years old, single, farmer, and a resident of Brgy. 24, Nagsanga,
Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte. The suspect is:

FRANCO GARCIA y ratuita, 36 years old, married, jobless, and a resident of

Brgy. 24, Nagsanga, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte.

WITNESS:
1. Mr Rodolfo Ansay y Alonso of Brgy. 24, Nagsanga, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte;

FACTS OF THE CASE:

On January 24, 2021, at about 1:30 in the afternoon, January 24, 2021, Rodolfo
Ansay y Alonso went to the farm to feed his carabao and and about to go home
but his black Honda motorcycle bearing license plate AB 1234 was allegedly taken by
Franco Garcia y Ratuita whiout his consent. The suspect was arrested after the

investigator’s interviewed the victim and got a CCTV footages from where the said
incident happened.

On the account of the foregoing, the charge for Violation of Republic Act 10883
against him will be brought to the attention of an Inquest Prosecutor for proper
disposition and recommendation.

This case will be presented by Police Master Sgt. Edielyn D. Geralde of this
Station.
