We, the undersigned transferor / transferee here by apply for transfer of Plot / Shed /
Property No. C1/506/4 allotted in the name of M/s CAPSO ENGINEERING at Halol
Industrial Estate in favour of M/s .

We, hereby undertake to the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation that the
signatures of transferor and transferee done above are true and incase of any difference in
signatures, Corporation will not be responsible for any financial / legal disputes /
liabilities arising in future. The same shall be borne by transferor and transferee.

I/we shall have sole responsibility in case of any information hidden or any
false information submitted in process of transfer. Further the said plot is used
for and shall be used for the allotted/transfered purpose only. In case any false
information submitted , transfer shall be cancelled and legal action shall be taken against
transferor and transferee.

The above undertaking has been given with mutual agreement and consciousness
without any pressure and threats.
